So we started talking and took the bus together -only one stop. It's fun to be out of school and see how they respond and act. Most of them are so independent it blows my mind! Anyway, this made me happy. She is a bubbly kid who can make you smile! For instances, yesterday was a learning partners birthday. A group of learning partners stood and sang to the other. I quizzed my kids and said, "Why didn't you sing for my birthday?" She responded not fully understanding my question, "No, it's her birthday." "No, my birthday was Saturday." Her face blushes, her eyes get big and says "Oh!" Then she starts singing happy birthday alone. I had to laugh and did not put her through the whole thing. She really is sweet! I'll miss her in my learning family. Actually, half of my learning family are in learning year three. It will be hard to see them go on.
After that I walked to the store, I was able to express myself properly and understand the situation. This always makes my day. Next, I got home and found my customs letter! BEST NEWS! This normally takes forever to get! So I'm very very happy that it is here.

Other news, I got a free bike. It's too big though so I need to find a different one. I guess for now I wait. I leave in six days. I'll deal with it later. Plus, I have a visitor this weekend so I won't use it.
In other news, I'm feeling very blessed. One student brought chocolate for my birthday. Another gave me a plant for being a great teacher! How sweet is that! OK done rambling! Promise.
