Breaking News about Perugia

There are a few topics I haven't touched upon either because of no need to worry people, I have no experience in relation to the topic, or I was still discovering.

One those topics is Amanda Knox. For those of you who don't know, I am staying in the city where the Amanda Knox Trail took place- Perugia. I wouldn't normally say anything but with the breaking news of a retrial. I am anxious to hear what will happen next. 

Her name doesn't seem to come up often for Italians. As for an American, I know we find ourselves whispering her name. From what I can gather, it's not a time that Italians enjoy to talk about. And the only big change that I really have heard about is that back in the day there use to be more of a night life. However, many bars needed to close for a handful of reasons. 

I am not sure what will happen in the last month that I am here. Maybe nothing at all -or maybe a handful of reporters will show up... doubtful. However, Daine Swayer already interviewed individuals last week about Perugia for her interview with Amanda in April. That was before the news of a retrial. Maybe she will find her way back here again, or maybe a few others. 

My source information will be word of mouth and any news I can read. I'm not a news reporter and truthfully, don't have time to check my facts. So if you want to view point of a naive, curious American this is where to find it.
