Move Over November

I can't believe it's been almost a month since fall break. My mind is in total shock! One week and it's officially acceptable to play Christmas music and counting down the days until the stockings are filled.

Sorry I've been MIA. I've been running around with school plans and social plans. I think I haven't really stopped and my body paid the price this week. I started feeling ill on Wednesday and it turned into a four day thing. I'm still in the process of recovering but I think I'm ready for school. To be honest, I haven't done absolutely nothing in a long time! I walked outside yesterday and felt light. Like nothing holding me down. I thought to myself what have I been thinking of and realized the answer was nothing. I wasn't thinking of school. I was so overjoyed!

So the only thing I did this weekend was go grocery shopping and bowling with my learn family. It was only a two hour thing. We talked about it all week so I knew it was so important!

What I've Been Up To:
  • Bowling with the learn family.

  • Conquering some delicious American pancakes at a little place in Wedding.
  • Discovering Lyle Lovett and listening to his iTunes radio station any chance I get.
  • The 25th Anniversary of the fall of the Wall.

  • Bethany and I have planned our trip to Prague. Now we are just counting down the days and gathering our final touches for our outfits. I'm planning on going shopping on Saturday after our Open House.
  • On Tuesday, I'm going to play hockey with a club. I'm so excited. I completely forgot how much equipment cost. So I guess I'll show up with my sneakers and a mouth guard. That will be it for now until I'm sure I'm joining!
  • Traipsing around Mauer Park. It's a huge flea market with some excellent street food! The other weekend we had American pulled-pork!

  • Missing you this holiday season. I'm wishing you all a very filling Thanksgiving. More soon.

xx
