The 411

I ran into one of my favorite high school teachers at Walmart today. We were chatting about my trip and I realized I have skipped some of the details that may interest you. But before I tell you about those details, let me take the time to apologize. I am sorry for those of you who see me around town and I look awful. After I walked away from my teacher today, I realized I just came from a workout -no make-up, no cute outfit. So often, I forget that I am home where people know me and I know them. For all of you who see me, I'm sorry.

The 411

1. My flight leaves on Monday, March 10 from JFK and I will arrive in Berlin on Tuesday, March 11.

2. I will be starting my position as soon as my visa is approved (in progress) and was asked to teach English and math to the bilingual and native English speakers.

3. Where I'll be staying? I will be staying with a friends and their kiddos. I'm hoping to find my own apartment. I've been searching on www.immobilienscout24.de. It's been great to see what I can afford and what I'll get for my money. I do love searching for apartments! It's tough because most times the website doesn't translate into English.
